We strictly cap each dispatcher at 12 trucks max (1:12 ratio). Industry standard dispatchers frequently juggle 35 to 50 trucks, leading to missed loads and rushed negotiations. Our cap is written into our binding service standards.

Am I locked into a long-term contract or exit penalty?

No. All UnionTorque dispatch service agreements are week-to-week. If you ever feel we are not booking top-tier freight for your rig, you can terminate the relationship with zero exit fees or notice penalties.

No. You maintain 100% control over your financial relationships. We work with whatever factoring company, fuel card, or direct billing arrangement you currently utilize.

You have final approval on every single load. Your named dispatcher presents the rate confirmation, route details, and customer requirements, but no truck moves without your explicit green light.
