Master Carrier Dispatch Service Agreement (Sample)
Published in full transparency prior to carrier onboarding.
SECTION 1: APPOINTMENT & INDEPENDENT STATUS
Carrier hereby appoints UnionTorque Freight Operations LLC, known in this agreement as the Dispatch Desk, as an independent carrier representation agent to locate, negotiate, and process freight loads for Carrier's equipment. Carrier retains 100% load rejection and acceptance authority.
SECTION 2: CASELOAD CAP GUARANTEE (1:12 RATIO)
Dispatch Desk agrees that no assigned individual dispatcher shall manage more than twelve (12) active trucks concurrently. Violation of this ratio grants Carrier immediate right of contract termination with zero notice.
SECTION 3: FEE STRUCTURE & RATE CON INTEGRITY
Dispatch Desk agrees to forward 100% of original broker rate confirmations directly to Carrier. Dispatch fee shall be either (a) 5% of gross rate confirmation amount, or (b) $250 flat weekly fee per truck, billed weekly on Fridays. Zero hidden deductions permitted.
SECTION 4: WEEK-TO-WEEK DURATION & EXIT
This Agreement operates strictly on a week-to-week basis. Either party may terminate this agreement at the conclusion of any active billing week with written notification and zero financial penalties.
