By using the UnionTorque website and services, you agree to our transparent operational terms. UnionTorque functions as a specialized independent dispatch service provider acting on behalf of licensed motor carriers under signed Carrier Representation Agreements.

Dispatch Authority Representation

UnionTorque does not act as a freight broker or freight forwarder. All load rate confirmations are executed directly between the motor carrier and the licensed freight broker/shipper.
